Our O2 cylinder filling plant is offered in various capacities to meet the requirements from small to large scale industries.  Obviously, the plant provides the customers with the facility to fill cylinders with oxygen and keep it stored for future use. The stored O2 will act as backup for situations where the plant mal-functions. Proper backup is needed no matter whether it is a small, medium or a large scale industry. Moreover, it is manufactured with the latest cryogenic air separation technology using ASME standard materials and components procured from the leading European OEMs. A cylinder filling system includes a liquid pump, cylinders, storage tank and cylinder manifold.  

Being built with cryogenic technology, our O2 plant generates oxygen in liquid form. However, the cylinder filling plant is equipped   with a liquid pump which takes liquid oxygen (LOX) from the condenser of column-cold box. Further, the pump compresses LOX to a pressure between 150-200 bar. Subsequently, it passes through an internal gas vaporizer inside the cold box which turns LOX into a high pressure O2 gas ready for filling into cylinders. However, the vaporization does not dilute purity of O2 which remains bone dry (-60 dew point). There is no impurity in oxygen filled into cylinders.  Oxygen coming out of the cold box has high purity and is filled into cylinders of the manifold at high pressures.
