Oxygen Plant Setup Cost
Author Name : Oxygen Plant
Oxygen is one of the most important non-metallic elements in the atmosphere. However, it is so vital because sustaining life on the planet Earth depends on it. Moreover, we have multitude of industries that need oxygen for running their operation. However, their requirement is for O2 with higher purity. Even medical applications require oxygen with purity of 99.7%. But, the non-metallic gas available in the atmosphere has only 21% purity. For meeting requirements of higher purity, the industries and hospitals must go for oxygen plant setup. Undoubtedly it is the best way of generating high purity O2 for meeting industrial and medical requirements.
What is Oxygen Plant Setup Cost
Industrial equipment used for producing the vital gas called o2 plants. However, oxygen plant setup cost includes all the expenses incurred by the manufacturer including ASME certified materials, components, technical expertise, man power, land usage, rent, etc. And, the shipping and installations cost would also figure in the total cost of setting up O2 gas plant at a client site.
Besides, there other factors as well in determining the cost of the setup of the machinery. Capacity and air separation technology used in the manufacturing are some of the important factors. However, we offer capacities starting from 50m3/hr to 1000m3/hr. Even tonnage O2 plants are available but our customers mostly use small to medium scale sizes. So the setup cost will be higher for larger O2 machinery compared to the smaller ones. Manufacturing bigger machines requires use of extra materials, bigger components and higher level of expertise.
Then, the air separation technology used in the manufacturing has a big bearing in deciding the setup cost of O2 gas producing machinery. There are different technologies available in the market including pressure separation adsorption (PSA), membrane separation and cryogenic distillation. Notably, PSA and membrane separation technology is useful only for generating oxygen with lower purity and setup cost. Though PSA plants are priced lower but their overall performance dips considerably within one year of use. On the other hand, cryogenic based O2 plants continue to perform for over thirty years. Many of our plants are cryogenic plants are working reliably even after 35years. Our cryogenic air separation products have a life cycle of over 25 years.
Costing is Determined By the Following Factors:
Why Our Oxygen Plant Setup Cost the Best in the Industry
No denying the fact that we use the latest cryogenic technology in the manufacturing. Moreover, our quality standards are benchmarked against European standards. Apparently, it is the reason we us components procured from the leading European OEMs. For instance, we use air compressors of Atlas Copco, which is considered the best in the world. Similarly, our automation is completed with PLC system from the Siemens, the No. 1 brand in the sector. Since the air separation column is the most important component, we have acquired international level expertise in designing and making it at our testing and manufacturing center in New Delhi (India).
Because columns are manufactured at our factory, we are able to offer the most competitive installation cost in the industry. After the making of the plant machinery, we run them through quality testing to ensure they perform as per the standards. No product is shipped until it meets the stringent quality standards. Once they pass the performance test we dispatch them for the client site. Simultaneously, our qualified engineer also departs for the client site to erect commission and install the plant. The engineer checks if the startup and the subsequent performance is as per the standards set for our products.
