We manufacture automatic standard acetylene generation plant with high quality materials and components. Built with international standards, the plant can generate uninterrupted supply of the highly flammable fuel gas. Our products come in capacities ranging from 15m3/hr to 200m3/hr. The plant uses a chemical reaction between calcium carbide and water. The reaction also gives off considerable heat which is moderated by using water to ensure there is no explosion. The fuel gas is used in many applications including cutting, heating and brazing. In combination with oxygen, it can generate very temperatures for applications in Oxy-acetylene welding, cutting and heating. However, we must use proper safety measures while working with the gas.

Our acetylene plant can generate steady fuel gas by reacting calcium chloride with water. And, by-product of the reaction are calcium hydroxide and heat.

The process for generating acetylene gas starts with pouring of calcium carbide into the hoppers of acetylene generator. We use feed mechanism rated amount of carbide for reacting against water. Our plant uses graded size ranging from 4mm to 50mm through a medium pressure type generator. However, the content of dust must never be more than 15% of the total calcium carbide. Our generator works with water inlet, residue agitation and residue discharge with carbide size between 25*50.

The plant is skid mounted; however, the generator is mounted on the one skid while the process skid is mounted on the 2nd skid.
