Our PSA medical oxygen plant is a gas generation system used for producing oxygen to meet medical requirements. The PSA plant is fabricated and manufactured using PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology. Premium quality materials are used in the making of the PSA machinery. Our PSA medical plants can take in nitrogen with the help of two adsorption vessels that are equipped with high quality zeolite molecular sieves that are used for nitrogen adsorption. The air is taken from the atmosphere and is directed into an air compressor and then oxygen is separated from other gases including nitrogen with the use of zeolite molecular sieves.

Salient Features Of PSA Medical Oxygen Plant
Atmospheric air is sent through 2 or 3 molecular sieve towers which cycle alternately in production and regeneration. Process air goes into the bottom of the one tower, when passing through the absorbent layer, N2 and vapors are absorbed by molecular sieve and O2 passes through the adsorbent and gathers at top of tower, flowing out as produced gas. PSA medical oxygen generator is offered in different sizes and capacities ranging from 1m3/hour to 105m3/hour. PSA generators are used in various applications as chemical oxidation, welding, melting, brazing, manufacturing batteries, glass industry, etc. PSA medical oxygen plants are quick to start and can generate high purity oxygen within 5 minutes.
