Description: UB series oxygen/nitrogen plants are used for filling high pressure Oxygen/nitrogen gas in cylinders/bottles by liquid oxygen pump ( oil free & water free) for industrial & medical applications .


UB SERIES PLANTS CAN PRODUCE OXYGEN & NITROGEN AS FOLLOWS:

PRODUCT MODES:

A - Oxygen Gas 99.7% at 155(200 opt.) bar for cylinder filling & Nitrogen gas at 0.1 bar.
B - Oxygen Gas 99.7% at 155 bar and Nitrogen gas purity 99.9% (upto 99.99 or RPM opt.) at 155 bar for oxygen & nitrogen cylinder filling.
C - Oxygen Gas 99.7% at 155(200 opt.) bar for cylinder filling & Nitrogen gas at 0.1 bar and liquid oxygen/nitrogen.


OPTIONAL:

1. Both Oxygen & Nitrogen Filling Liquid Pump.
2. Liquid Oxygen & Liquid Nitrogen Tapping Valve.
3. 50% liquid production simultaneously with gas production by adding special chiller.

Write up The air separation unit comes completely assembled with all gas lines. Nitrogen in yellow complete with high quality control valves. The main control panel consists of flow display,digital electronic temperature scanner with digital purity analyzer.all pressure gauges german febig . analysis valves from each separate points inside the air separation column. All the cryogenic valves are neatly mounted in a single row for very easy single point operation.



Liquid oxygen and nitrogen can also be collected simultaneously with the gas production with liquid oxygen/ nitrogen pump. The hydraulic expander provides all the cooling to the air separation column for liquification of the air and quick start up.



The plants are supplied with very heavy duty multistage air compressors for continuous duty operation and long life and easy maintenance.the large heavy duty air intake filter is supplied.
